Gentle Beginner Yoga Classes

Class Description

Gentle Beginner Classes

A gentle and more gradual introduction to yoga. Gentle beginner yoga classes are suitable for more mature people, seniors, and those working with injuries or medical issues.
You may be pleasantly surprised at what you find yourself capable of!

Thursdays at noon, 12:00 pm.

The gentle beginner's classes are structured similarly to our Beginners Course each term, however, you can join in at any time.

We often use various props as well as chairs in these classes to help the body ease into postures in a more supported way. The classes are generally quieter and allow for personal adjustments and guidance as needed.

If you are a regular beginner student you are welcome to attend these classes as well and may find the variations to poses stimulating for your learning.

Currently, we offering one dedicated Gentle Beginners yoga class per week. With the Beginners Course pass you may also attend other beginners classes free of charge should this be suitable for you. We recommend discussing this with the teacher.

The INTRO OFFER is the most cost-effective way to attend for new students or otherwise, you can buy a 10-class pass for $195 . Casual single classes are also possible.
